Live Answering
Citibox is able, via its proprietary telephone system, to allocate clients their own dedicated central London 0207 telephone number which is answered on their behalf, in their preferred style by our staff. The call or messages are then forwarded to the client's voicemail which can be retrieved by the client 24 hours a day from any touchtone phone.
Both land and mobile telephone numbers can be forwarded to the customer's Citibox live answering number.
This service will greatly enhance the ability of clients to conveniently and easily remain in contact with people they wish to hear from wherever they are.
